In "Crank: High Voltage", Chev Chelios (Jason Statham) is back in action, this time facing off against the Chinese mobster Poon Dong (Diaz) who has stolen his nearly indestructible heart and replaced it with a battery-powered ticker that requires regular jolts of electricity to keep working. The device is controlled by a team of ruthless gangsters who are using Chev's heart as leverage to get him to do their bidding.
